Beginning November 11, the Monterey Public Library Friends & Foundation will happily accept your book donations! Please bring donations to the Library basement door (off the rear parking lot) on Wednesdays or Saturdays between 1:00 and 3:00. Contributions cannot be accepted at the Library book return or Sidewalk Service!
Genres we can accept:
- Fiction
- History
- Biography
- Children and TeenNo CDs, DVDs or reference books, please!!
When dropping off your gifts, please follow these safety protocols:
- Pack donations in disposable bags or boxes.
- Wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
Your contribution of gently used books is encouraged and welcome! All proceeds from sales of books will be used to purchase and catalog new library materials. Thank you for supporting the MPL Friends & Foundation and your Public Library!
